'Today is the 5th day of our transformation journey so this is how we ll workout||  Leg-Sumo deadlift 100 reps Chest- Incline bench dumbell fly 100 reps Back-One Arm Dumbell Rowing 100 reps Shoulders- Barnell Shruggs 100 reps Biceps- Reverse incline bench barbell curl 100 reps               Preacher curl 100 reps              Concentration curl 50 reps from each hand Triceps- Close grip flat bench press 100 reps'
